Product Description

InSecurity is an action comedy about the men and women of the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA). Each week special agent Alex Cranston and her team of espionage misfits take on a mission vital to national security. They go where others can't go. They do what others won't do. And they screw up in ways that can only be described as world class. But like all great spy heroes, Alex and her NISA team get the bad guys and make Canada a safer place. Just not always on purpose.

4.0 out of 5 stars InSecurity Aug. 20 2012

InSecurity basically caught my eye because of Natalie Lisinska, she's the lovely blonde front and center on the DVD box. I'm also always up for a little Canadian content, so it was fun to order something direct from the CBC. The 11.49 $ price tag (at the time) also motivated me. Frankly, going in cold, I had no idea what to expect. The show was a little flat, to start with, but it got better (and funnier) as the season wore on. I'm almost at the end of the series now and I find that I am quite taken with the cast and the stories. Natalie Lisinska is indeed lovely, and funny (master of the 1001 goofy expressions). Her co-horts are all funny as well. I'd say this deserves a look if you like Canadian humor.

Very disappointed with the acting and the level of the scripts and humour.
I have purchased other short-lived Canadian TV series and been impressed by the content and disappointed that they were only one to two seasons but this show offers very little for the viewer.
