About the Author

Victor Ullrich was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. He was an officer in the Israeli army before becoming a weather forecaster, then an aircraft dispatcher for Israeli airline El Al. He then moved to England, where he worked for the Citrus Marketing Board and Tnuport UK. His previously published work includes a meteorological book for students, written in Hebrew, and two novels The Spoiler and Blind Alley.
