This is a no-nonsense stress relief CD. It teaches you to breath properly and the relaxation techniques are simply out of this world! It was only my first time trying this CD and I have never felt so relaxed in my life!

I am usually such a stressed out person and my neck and body muscles are usually so stressed out and tight. I feel so relaxed and my neck muscles are so relaxed after only one sitting of the CD! You'd think I just got out of the chiropractor's office! The narrator is so relaxing and not bothersome at all. He gives time to learn and stops talking so you can really get into the mood. I can't say enough hourras for this CD. I really recommend it two thumbs up and I give it 10 stars!

I like the man's voice on this meditation CD. It does bring about relaxation, and is helpful for getting in touch with how your body is feeling. It's simple, but effective.
