After receiving the Indigo Teen Dreams 2 disc relaxation set from a client, which I now use in my massages and my home life, I purchased this CD and all of my clients love the music. It is soothing and relaxing and it really helps my clients to drift away and feel at peace. This is an awesome relaxation CD! You can use it for imagery and relaxation together. It naturally melts your worries and anxieties away. I really enjoy the relaxing sounds of nature. It allows you to use your imagination to the fullest. Highly recommended for a sleeping aid. I use this most every night with my children and has worked every time. No more sleep problems. Children today live a very different kind of world as we did... there are so many more challenges and some scary things happening in our own neighbourhoods. Children feel insecure with so many things that it is lovely to have a CD like Indigo Dreams available to them. When children and adults are calmer, they are happier, healthier and this creates a much more harmonious environment from home to school to work to social gatherings. Thank you Lori Lite!

I added this title to my collection after thoroughly enjoying Indigo Dreams Adult Relaxation: Guided Meditation/Relaxation Techniques Decrease Anxiety, Stress, Anger. I found the subtle music changes and animal sounds to be wonderfully relaxing and truly made me feel that I was exploring the rainforest instead of stuck indoors. It was not distracting or repetitive, as I find some other relaxation music to be, but rather calming and peaceful. As each track progresses, it feels as though I’m being lifted through the forest and experiencing each element of nature. I enjoy playing it in the background while I’m working, or later in the evening to wind down after a long day, and I definitely recommend this CD to anyone looking for a little peace throughout the day.
