I highly recommend this book to all readers. It is a book for all those professionals who deal with construction insurance and particularly those in common law jurisdictions. About the Author
Robert Hogarth read law at Magdalen College, Oxford. After qualifying as a solicitor in 1978 he specialised in professional indemnity insurance, with an increasing focus on construction and engineering. In recent years the focus has become construction for clients including contractors and employers as well as insurers. Robert is a member of and an accredited adjudicator with TeCSA.
