This book is great! Very easy to read and straight to the point. I'm in pharmacy school for my Acute Care rotation and I use this book all the time. This is a must have! I will definitely keep using this book after I graduate.

used this on rotations, only problem was the size....took it to kinkos and they spiral bound it for 5 bucks and now it fits perfectly in my lab coat pocket.

1.0 out of 5 stars What were they thinking?? Aug. 18 2013
By Rebecca - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Ring-bound
I bought this book thinking it would be helpful for my pharmacy rotations but instead it was a giant pain in the buttocks. The information is not organized well making it difficult to find what you are looking for. More importantly, the book contains several incorrect statements and errors that has gotten me in trouble on rounds more than once! Just look up the credentials of some of the authors and you'll see that they are fresh out of school and inexperienced. Oh yeah, and this book claims to be a pocket guide for quick reference but its a giant ringbound book that doesn't even fit in your labcoat! Useless. Stay away from this and buy Pocket Medicine: The Massachusetts General Hospital Handbook of Internal Medicine (Pocket Notebook Series) instead of this garbage.
