Intimate Knowledge by Julie Miller
Harlequin Blaze # 45 - July 2002

Grace has lived in her mother's shadow all her life. Inheriting her voluptuous body, and sultry voice hasn't prepared Grace for the undercover assignment that will make her career with the FBI. Unlike her mother, Grace has never learnt the art of seduction. An art that she's going to need to know to pull off her assignment; bring down a crime lord before he takes his operation coast to coast. Since his rookie partner got killed on their first assignment together, Logan's worked alone. When his boss asks him to work with Grace and teach her everything she's going to need to know to gain access to Mitchell's records, he doesn't want any part of it. But there's Grace, this woman hiding behind baggy clothes, blushing like a virgin, and chasing after him to prove she's got what it takes. Logan wants nothing more than to scare Grace off this assignment, but the more he teaches her the more he's learning to like having a partner again.

This is Ms. Miller's first Blaze and I've really enjoyed it. I think we can all find a little bit of Grace in ourselves. She's this shy naive woman wanting to shine for her own sake, not for her body or because she's her mother's daughter. Logan's the perfect teacher to show her her potential, only he's not supposed to get emotionally involved. I love how Ms. Miller gives us his thoughts and we see just how much Grace in effecting him. I recommend reading this one on a chilly night; this one will heat you up from the inside out!

I've always enjoyed Ms. Miller's Intrigues and I'm very pleased to see that she brings her remarkable talents to Blaze. I'm really looking forward to digging out her other Blazes from my TBR pile. This winter may just be a toasty one

Intimate Knowledge (Harlequin Blaze 45)
by Julie Miller
Grace Lockhart: Behind-the-scenes FBI agent. Shy, naive... and a sex kitten waiting to happen.
Logan Pierce: FBI field agent and the best of the best. Confident, cocky...and incapable of saying no to a beautiful woman.
The case: Agent Grace Lockhart has spent months developing a computer program that will put the city's biggest crime lord behind bars. And now that it's ready, all the FBI needs is somebody to smuggle it in to Harrison Mitchell's estate. Only, because Mitchell is notorious for surrounding himself with a harem of beauties, that somebody has to be a woman....
Grace Lockhart wants to be that woman, but she's anything but a femme fatale. But not for long. Because she's heard that her new partner, sexy superagent Logan Pierce, is an expert at "hands-on" training....

This book lives up to the Blaze line reputation for risque. Full of hot sizzling sex and intriguing ideas for forplay, INTIMATE KNOWLEDGE ends up alittle short on story. Recommended for a few good ideas to spice up a lagging real-life romance.

Light Fun Reading ! Feb. 11 2008

Grace is a FBI computer whiz and this is her first field assignment. She has to go undercover and to pull that off she has to use some her natural sex appeal that she has been hinding for years. She is partnered with veteran agent Logan who while trying to teach her about working undercover falls for her - ENJOY !

I like this author and thought I would go back and read some of her earlier work - and it a nice afternoon read - not rocket science - but fun.

I would also recommend; Nauti Nights by Lora Leigh ,Naughty but Nice by Jill Shalvis and Shameless by Tori Carrington.
