I love Deva Premal! What a Goddess of ethereal music! I do love her chants so. This cd is pretty good but is a repeat or remix of many of her previously recorded chants. Since I use her music in my massage practice I get pretty tired of the same songs over and over. And these are all songs I know too well. None the less, if you don't have all her albums like I do and haven't played them to death, it is a worthy buy. Thank you Deva for all the great music!

You won't find better music if you are looking for soothing, relaxing, meditation, spiritual or Indian-style music and chants!! My husband purchased this for me as a present when he went to California. The store where he was buying me another gift was playing it and this is how he discovered her. When he returned home, I was intrigued and the CD had not even finished playing the first song and I had goose-bumps and was already in love!! It is one of the best gifts he has given me. We have it in the car and it helps soothe his nerves during traffic jams. In fact, we discovered that it calms our cats down too, on long interstate trips. I insisted he take it with him on long business trips to wind down after long days.I ordered some of her other CDs so we can both enjoy her music and the cats are happy too. This one is still my favorite. The rest of her CDs are on my wish list... I wish I had discovered her sooner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEVA PREMAL'S CDs!!
