Review

"This is an excellent textbook for undergraduate students and would make for an excellent course. It could also be used as supplemental text for abnormal psychology for the discussion of assessment tools, an area to which most undergraduate students do not get adequate exposure. Strongly recommended!" (Doody's, November 2010)

3.0 out of 5 stars Books in Great Condition at a Great Price but Delivery was not what i was promised in paying an increased rate April 25 2014
By Nick Collard - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover|Verified Purchase
The book was in fantastic condition and was at a great price but due to the four day delivery, instead of the two day i purchased, resulted in a grade deduction for the class i needed to use it for because it was delivered after 6 pm on a Friday, instead of the Tuesday or Wednesday, as originally promised, so i did not get the assignment in by it's 5 pm due date. In contrast i ordered an item from a different vendor a day after this book, yet it arrived a day before. I understand some of these factors may lie outside of the vendors control. However, I did pay an increased shipping rate resulting in the rate and subsequent shipment not being honored. That being said, i would of preferred to have received a less pristine condition of the book and paid a little more, would it have meant faster delivery, not resulting in academic penalization due to a missed assignment. Thus, if time constraint is a non issue and book condition is of extreme importance, i highly recommend this merchant.

This is neither a yay or nay. I honestly don't recall buying this. I didn't read it, but wanted to get this review off of my plate.
