disappointed that many included meat. I would have preferred more recipes with only vegetables. Was a Christmas gift for my daughter's family of vegetarians. I'm not a meat person at all.
I didn't think that so many Italian recipes would have meat/sausage included.

This is a great cookbook for new vegetable recipes. It's always nice when there's great photos to tempt you to try a new recipe also :) I've made several dishes from this cookbook...highly recommend it!
