This cookbook was not what I first expected, as similar to another reviewer, I thought it was going to be a very strict elimination diet type of book. I agree they didn't do a great job of marketing this book in that respect. If anything, the way they marketed it seems to have turned a lot of people off the book and caused a lot of negative comments against gp. The book is based on healthy ingredients, and as with all things in life, people need to be responsible for their own health and avoid recipes or make substitutions if they can't tolerate an ingredient. For example, there are a few recipes that use corn.

I have made a number of the recipes, and except for one, will be making them all again. They include avocado toast (addictive), buckwheat and banana pancakes (also good plain or with blueberries instead of bananas), Mexican chopped salad, Mexican green goddess dressing (used this on the chopped salad, basted halibut with it before baking, and used it to adhere bread crumbs for fish fingers), teriyaki chicken, Thai chicken burgers, Korean chicken tacos, Korean slaw, asparagus with miso almond sauce, Asian greens with garlic ginger and fish sauce, roasted cauliflower and chickpeas with mustard and parsley, gluten free fish fingers, bummer bars.

In general, the recipes are easy to follow. There are some unusual ingredients (well, they may be unusual to some people) but there are substitutions offered. A few of the recipes have a quirk or two in them, and could have used a slightly better description, but nothing too bad.

I will eventually work my way through virtually every recipe in the book, and I am recommending it to all of my friends.
It fits in perfectly with my style of eating and cooking.

This is a great cookbook. I have made many of the recipes and they are delicious! Some easy and some take effort but in the end a really good cookbook. She has everything in there kid friendly, really good sides and the best green juice recipe. I have been feeding toddlers this for ages and they love it.

What I absolutely loved about this book is that so many of the ingredients carry over into the other recipes. I can often be deterred by recipes with extensive ingredient lists, so the simplicity of the recipes was very appealing to me. The recipes are simple, easy, and amazingly flavourful.

You know they are, when your guests ask for the recipe!
I am working my way through these delicious recipes and plan to try
