But it's the eclectic mix of more contemporary material the singer seasons them with -- apt tribute to Bublé hero Bobby Darin -- that keeps him walking the narrow tightrope between artistic intrigue (a blues-tinged vamp of Holland-Dozier-Holland's "How Sweet It Is," Leon Russell's lovely "Song For You," with a guest turn by Chris Botti) and the kitsch-laden abyss ("Quando, Quando, Quando"'s Euro-centric duet with Nelly Furtado, a ring-a-ding-fling with the Beatles' "Can't Buy Me Love" that echoes fellow Canadian crooner/rival Matt Dusk's more successful flirtation with Lennon-McCartney). I love this cd. I'm really surprise i like it so much because i'm young and listen to rap and rock mostly. But this is a great album for any occasion. I enjoy bubble's company on car trips espacially! Great song selection, an amazing voice, and original remakes!

Recognized as Canada's best artist with FOUR JUNO's this past year alone, Mr. Michael Bublé won't disappoint.It's Time is a wonderful collection of both revitalized old and brand new like the smash hit "Home" written by Bublé himself. No wonder after 2 years on the charts It's Time is still one of the best selling cds in Canada. With the new release "Call Me Irresponsible" out soon, the Bublé catalogue is certain to remain a mainstay in Canadian music.

I used to think I hated swing music. I used to think it was a contrived, dated, silly, over-the-top genre that had no place in the 21st century. But Buble proves me wrong. He hardly ever steps out of line, his interpretations of these classic songs are innovative, palliadable for today's listeners, and his vocals are enthusiastically fantastic. The album is full of silly, escapist songs that are fluffy and a little too sweet, yet Buble turns them into serious material. Great album from one of the best vocalists making music today!
