Alien scientists have plotted to take over the Earth, and it's Duke Nukem's job to prevent them from executing their evil plans. Duke is using his full arsenal of weapons and is teleporting to various locations around the world to stop the alien menaces. Hands down the best FPS available for the GBA. It was the 6th FPS released for the system. Duke Nukem Advance brings all the attitude and fire power to the small screen in a richly detailed FPS. The game feautures 4 exotic locations taking you to Area 51, the Temple of Amun in Egypt, the streets of Sydney, Austrailia, and an alien ship orbiting earth. The game feauters 10 fun weapons from your mighty boot to a shrink ray. All of the classic enemies from the original Duke Nukem 3D are intact with a few welcome editions. This is not only the best FPS for Game Boy but, in my expert opinion, the best game for Game Boy! This is definitely top-notch stuff!

Admittedly, I first bought a Gameboy Advance just to play FPS games on it(namely Doom) and, over the course of owning the system, I've collected quite a few FPS for it. Some absolutely awesome and some not worth mentioning. Yet, out of them all- I have to stand in agreement with the other reviewers here that say Duke Nukem Advance has to be the best FPS game on the GBA..period. Not that Doom, Wolfenstein 3-D or Ecks vs Sever weren't that good- they were for the time that they were released for the system...and I tip my hat to their developers on the tremendous jobs they did with them. But...Duke Nukem Advance pushed the envelope on innovation in the game. You're able to do things in DNA that you just can't do anywhere else. And, for that..it holds that crown as the best FPS on the handheld..at least, for now...anyways. The graphics are crisp and the control is smooth just like a FPS should be. If there were any gripes, it'd be trying to see your enemies in the distance. Yet, that is to be expected on a handheld. I must say I'm impressed with the job that was done on the game. It's definitely one worth adding to your collection.As Duke says.."Hail to the King, Baby!"....

If u liked duke 3d for cmoputer get this bottom line. By far best GBA shooter out.
