If you're one of those people who wants to workout but who always uses "I just can't seem to find the time!!!", well, hate to break it to ya but you can't use that line with JM's workout DVD's...and I know because I have and tried all of them (they're all great btw so check them out: 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, Ripped in 30, Extreme Shed and Shred, 6 Week 6 Pack, Yoga Meltdown, etc...and her new Body Revolution). This is only 20 minutes people...so um sorry, NO more excuses! She calls is a FastFix for a reason :-D
I take a women's kickboxing class once per week but I agree, if you're a newbie to this, check out the quick tutorial before starting. I loved Level 1 of this DVD so much, I went straight to Level 2! Quick, great & fun workout...really worked up a sweat!
