If you're one of those people who wants to workout but who always uses "I just can't seem to find the time!!!", well, hate to break it to ya but you can't use that line with JM's workout DVD's...and I know because I have and tried all of them (they're all great btw so check them out: 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, Ripped in 30, Extreme Shed and Shred, 6 Week 6 Pack, Yoga Meltdown, etc...and her new Body Revolution). This is only 20 minutes people...so um sorry, NO more excuses! She calls is a FastFix for a reason :-D

I take a women's kickboxing class once per week but I agree, if you're a newbie to this, check out the quick tutorial before starting. I loved Level 1 of this DVD so much, I went straight to Level 2! Quick, great & fun workout...really worked up a sweat!

I love this DVD. I brought Julian's "30 DAYS SHRED" a while ago. I found that a great muscle builder, but I want to add more fun to my workout. This kickboxing DVD is the one. Its an amazing fat burner. After 20 minutes, I sweat like running for 45minutes at medium speed. After two weeks, my boyfriend said my arms and legs were slimmer than before. Hehe the hardwork paid off :)

I found it a bit hard to follow at the beginning. However, the tutorial is very helpful. I actually watched it every time i felt i was stuck in certain move.

I pretty much have all of Jillian's DVD's and this one is by far my favorite. This workout gets you sweating, it's fun and it's only 20 minutes. You may have to view her tutorial a couple of times to get her moves correctly but once you do her workout a few times, it is very doable. There are 3 workouts which the first focuses on upper body, second one focuses on lower body and the third one on core area. She is very motivating and I look forward to my workout every morning. I have only tried the Abs workout (there are three different workouts to choose from) and man does this girl deliver! 2minutes in I was working up a sweat and there is no stopping! I love that twenty minutes is easy enough to squeeze into a tight schedule and I feel it the next day too-awesome!

I am always excited to find Jillian has a new DVD out so when this one was announced for pre-order I one-clicked right away. I have pretty much all of them from when she started on BL. However, although I really like kickboxing, this DVD is a little too fast and furious for me. I would recommend a total beginner to try Kelli Roberts' or Jessica Smith's 10 minute solution DVDs first, otherwise you might freak out at Jillian's pace in the Fast Fix workouts.

Jillian is always big on form over reps but in this workout if you want to stay on the beat/count you might go off form. Maybe that's just me.

For sure it's a solid workout, but keep in mind that 20 minutes alone might not get you the actual calorie burn you want for the day #300-500 is a good zone#. So if you can handle both workouts back to back, that will get you what you want for calories.

Don't know how many calories you're burning or what your exercise intensity/heart rate is? Get a heart rate monitor. I am loving my Polar FT7 bought right here on amazon.ca, Polar FT7 Women's Heart Rate Monitor #Red/Silver# to help me know both.

Put the HR monitor together with your workout dvds and you start exercising toward more personal goals rather than how long a workout is.

Durée de l'entraînement un peu court mais très efficace. Dynamique. Je recommande une base en art martiaux pour avoir du plaisir par contre car le rythme est soutenu et il n'y a pas de temps à perdre pour apprendre des mouvements. il y a un tutoriel au début qui explique chaque coups par contre. Moi j'adore !!!

I preordered this dvd a mont ago and was impatient to finally get it!! It didn't disapointed at all!! I have many of her dvd's, love the 30 days shred and ripped in 30 because they are quick effective workout. This one is also quick and effective but very different from 30 days shred and ripped in 30. I love kickboxing/tao bo and this workout delivers!! Pretty cool to see some familiar faces in the background. If your new at this, take a look at the tutorial first it would help a lot if you don't want to get lost. I highly recommand this dvd.

Jillian Michaels does it again! This workout is awesome, fast-paced and so effective at toning, strengthening, and enhancing your speed and agility. The best part of it is that it's so fun! I have all her DVDs from the last 2 years, including Body Revolution, and this shows that she continues to deliver and gets better and tougher.

I highly recommend this DVD if you don't have a lot of time to workout, or to add this to any strengthening/weight training sessions for cardio. If you have sensitive or bad knees, this could be hard as you're doing a lot of pivots and twists for the kicks, so take it slower and do less reps until your knees get stronger.
