I absolutely LOVE this work-out video. The kettlebells are new to me and I definately recommend them to anyone who has not tried them. Jillian gives you and all over body work-out, both strength and cardio. I also pair this with the Yoga Meltdown for great results. This is definately worth the $$$$$.

I have most of Jillian's DVDs and I love this one! I especially love the level 2 work out. I have a bad back so I have to modify 2 of her exercises but overall, I always get a good work out using this DVD. I also love that I'm done in 30 minutes. Since life is so hectic for most people these days 30 minute workouts that deliver are well worth the price. I've recently seen this DVD at Wal-Mart for 7.00 so I picked it up just to have a back up. The other great thing is that you don't have to own a kettlebell, you can use a free weight and get the same results. I highly recommend this one!

I was looking for a dvd workout that was not too difficult but yet made me sweat and get into better shape and this one did. I love those kettlebells and jillian is a great instructor. love it.

I gave Shred it with Weights a 5 star because for me this type of workout responds exactly to what I was looking for. It combines cardio with weight training which is proven to burn more calories and give a maximum effeciency training.
I would recommend this dvd to anyone who enjoys combining weights with cardio and who is ready to work hard!

I love Jillian Michaels' dvds - I get a great workout from each of them and this one is no different in that respect. I was intrigued about doing a workout with a kettlebell but I enjoyed it a lot. I love that they also show all of the moves using a regular hand weight as well so you don't have to go to the trouble or expense of getting a new piece of exercise equipment to do the workout. Definitely worth getting!

Jillian Michaels is a bit :-)) in all the right possible way. This workout with kettlebell or dumpbell is amazing. Possibility of 2 levels and the first one right now is plenty for me. If you want to workout every single muscles in your body in a secure and fun way, this is the DVD to get. Enjoy

I love Jillian Michaels workouts.... I bought this one because I couldn't find Bob Harper's Kettlebell Cardio Shred, which I previously owned but misplaced. I have to admit, Bob's dvd gives me a MUCH better workout, but Jillian's is good too, as long as I add in something else with it.
