If you like documentaries, reading the subtitles is totally worth it! The fish markets are something to watch. The way they sell tuna is a cross between a ballet and Wall Street. His rice supplier turned down an offer from the Hyatt Regency Hotel because they wouldn't know how to cook it!!! This is REAL LIFE! Sometimes the greatest stories are the true ones.
