What the fu.....?,
This review is from: John Dies at the End (Hardcover)
This book is one of the most original and just plain wacky books I've ever read. And when I say book, I mean website. A few years ago David Wong, one of the editors on [...] put together a website called [...] where he posted this book in its entirety. The response to it was so positive that he had a limited hard copy run done (this is the black cover with the two guys on the front edition). That sold so well that he now has a major publisher involved and did a full run, which is this new edition. As for the story itself.. its quite hard to describe. It is a genuinely hair raising horror novel, but the absolute absurdity of some of the situations takes the edge off. This is a great story for Horror and Non-horror fans. Incredibly well written, especially for a first attempt at this format, this book will have you calling in sick so that you can keep reading. Plus it cures cancer and makes you more attractive to the opposite (or same depending on preference) sex. I can not wait for the sequel.

This review is from: John Dies at the End (Hardcover)
This book was even better than I expected. I knew David Wong was funny, but it turns out he's scary too. Buy this book, you won't regret it.
