Jonathan Creek is great (and going a bit grey!), and lovable as always. Been a fan since PBS played Series 1, and have ordered the rest. If you like a good mystery series that's funny and (almost always) unsolvable - then this is the one for you.

I think these specials outdo the series! I will always miss Maddy, but Sheridan Smith makes a great partner. I would recommend this set to anyone. My personal test of a good movie is, if something were to happen to my copy, would I replace it? And the answer here is a resounding YES! Enjoy.

Black Canary - Maddy (S1-S3) & JC
Satan's Chimney - Carla (S4) & JC
The Grinning Man - Joey & JC
The Judas Tree - Joey & JC

I have seen all of these episodes on youtube (most gone now). They are all excellent JC storys.
Of all of the "companions/side kicks" I think I like Joey the best.

This is one of the best of the Jonathan Creek series. I hesitated to purchase it because I was afraid they were shows from seasons 1-4 under another name. Very entertaining and well worth the price.
