This clever devise will ensure that the pastry or dough is rolled to an even thickness throughout. Also etched into the wood is a pastry width measurement guide. Pin made of beech and measures 16-1/2-inch long and 2-1/2-inch diameter.

This adjustable rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing pizza and pie bases, cookie dough, or fondant and gum paste. The rolling pin has three sets of removable discs which raise the rolling pin to 2 mm (1/16"), 6 mm (¼"), or 10 mm (3/8") off the work surface, ensuring that the pastry or dough is rolled to an even thickness throughout. A pastry width measurement guide is etched into the wood for added usefulness.

This rolling pin is awesome! The interchangeable disks make it so easy to judge the thickness of pastry. I actually purchased it on the "amazon.com" site as it was cheaper than on the "amazon.ca" site to have shipped from the U.S. to Canada. Significantly cheaper.

This is the coolest thing ever! I love it. Why didn't anyone think of this before. It makes it so easy to roll out even dough. I also couldn't believe what a great price it sells for!!!

The size is 12" not 16" please, correct the specs
The roller is 12" and not 16" as described so its doesn't make 14" pizza. for cookies and biscuits its fantastic and does produce great results
