Jubilee is certainly a more uplifting word than cronehood! Each chapter of this book ends with an exercise relating to the theme of the chapter. Great though-provoking exercises for the individual; also very appropriate to use with support groups; counseling; classes, etc. I was given this book for my jubilee and is now the gift I pass on to all my friends to celebrate their jubilee.
