I'm interested in sealing up some of the air leaks in my house to help get my heating and cooling bills down. I have some Juno IC-20 can lights, so I researched and found that this gasket is supposed to make them "air tight" rated. This is just a paper gasket that you push into the light to help restrict air flow. It could not make them air tight, and there is no way to justify selling this thing for the price that they do. Don't waste your time with these. I bought one to try out, and I would have been extremely upset if I had bought 30 of these things to seal up all my lights.
