(I am not an english-speaker but I really wanted to review this DVD, so please forgive my mistakes)
This video is an amazing workout. The mouvements are fun and simple enough, though require strenght and flexibility. It gives a good posture, works the abs, legs and butt. I am already in good shape, I train 2 hours few times a week, I can run for an hour, but this video was hard; I had to stop after the first 30 minutes section the first time I did it, and did the other 20 minutes on the next day. I still can't do the whole workout without a quick water break. Kari Anderson never got on my nerves, she almost talks as if we were relaxing. She explains the moves very well, goes step-by-step when it gets more complicated. I was heavily sweating after 5 minutes. A beginner might find it very hard (and it is) but with this DVD you really don't need any other one. It is a great purchase!
