I've read a number of books on boundaries and communication, and I think this one is the BEST yet!.. His description of the 5 love languages was so simple, that I've been using them now, when I work with people - easiest explanation I've read! He comes back to the same basis throughout the book, that our goal in relationship is either to keep connection with each other, or to find safe distance. Great read! Been recommending it to everyone!

Danny puts into perspective being a powerful or powerless person. Using Jesus as an example on how to set boundaries. He also talks about loving yourself first then you can set healthy boundaries for others.

This book, simply stated, is a game changer. It's INCREDIBLY powerful and profoundly simple. So simple you can actually take away PRACTICAL tools that you can begin to implement into your life immediately. This book is changing the way I interact with my wife, and with others. It's helping to actually learn how and put into practice, the ability of creating safe, healthy connection with people, with safe, healthy boundaries. This book, in my opinion, is a must read.
