This is just a standard keyboard, and although it's not mentioned in the product description, it's fully functional with my MacBook Pro. (Mac users take note, there's no Function key, as you would find on a Mac keyboard, and I haven't found a way yet to assign it to another one.)
Side note about it being "for life". They make this claim because the internal circuitry is sealed, so if you spill liquid on it, it won't short out. Just had a small (accidental) test run of this feature, and it seems to be working fine.
At $15, it's hard to find anything wrong with it.
Edit: 4 months (and 2 spills) later, I can say the keyboard still works fine and has saved me considerable aggravation. It's a keeper.
