The back and forward buttons(on the side) aren't too out of place and work fine when you want them too. But in my opinion this mouse is all about comfort which it does very well. All in all, a good mouse if you consider buying it I recommend it.
For reference of hand size, I can grip a basketball in one hand, not strongly but enough to pick it up.
While this is a fast, responsive mouse, and the buttons are all working fine, the form factor on the right side just doesn't feel right. The left side where the thumb is, the mouse has a non-slip, textured rubber finish, and curves outward, so it's very easy for you to get a grip on it with your thumb. The right side, however, is smooth and vertical at the top and flares outward at the bottom. That means the pinky finger is trying to grip a smooth plastic surface that angles the wrong way to the direction you need whenever you need to lift the mouse to adjust its position. If it had a rubber surface, or if the right side contours angles outward on the top, that would make it so much easier to grip and lift, as it stands it feels very awkward whenever I try to lift the mouse slightly to adjust.
This is one of those times I wish Amazon have better pictures from all angles.
Very robust and precise, well designed.
A specific driver on Mac would be a great thing to exploit the full potential of this mice, but I use it with a CAD program that needs 3 buttons nice and it runs!

Nice size and fit, unfortunately the scroll wheel stopped working with 3 weeks use.Published 26 days ago by David Maurice
Way too big. I have a big hand and cannot use this mouse effectively. Definitely will never buy again.Published 1 month ago by David Rainville
The wheel of this mouse failed after 4 months of light usage. Very disappointed.Published 2 months ago by Amazon Customer
It's HUGE!!!!! Made for a huge hand and mine aren't that small either. I can barely reach the wheel. Otherwise it functions like any other wired mouse.Published 6 months ago by copperpeony
Great mouse, works great. No issues with it what so ever.
I love the default sensitivity.
