This has been an excellent help with getting adapted to a low carb lifestyle change. The beginning of the book is very informative of different sugar substitutes and their ingredients and effects. (SCIENCE!!!) The recipes are excellent. I'm never stumped for low carb dinner ideas anymore, and my family enjoys them as well.

I started the ketogenic diet 2 weeks ago, so I am thrilled to see this amazing cookbook out just in time! There is a huge variety of delicious recipes in this book. I am particularly happy to see an extensive dessert section! I'm very impressed with the variety of recipes, and the fact that each one includes nutritional information like calories and net carbs.

This is a very valuable resource for anyone interested in the low-carb lifestyle, whether it be keto or Atkins. I highly recommend it!!!
