This brewer was perfect for the kitchen space I had available and I loved the customized blue colour, going well with my colour scheme. In theory, I didn't mind the idea of putting in water for every coffee, but in practice a bit of a pain. However, I got into a routine and it became something I didn't think about too much. For a month it worked like a top, and I had a perfect coffee within a minute. And then it just stopped brewing period. Power on, water in, pod in, depress lever and then....nothing....and then it shuts its own power off. I unplugged it, emptied the water and tried again (with a new pod) and again, nothing. Dead as a doornail. So I'm going to be taking it back, but reading here it seems to be a common problem, which I sort of ignored because this particular brewer worked for my budget. I'll get another and hope for the best, but I am tempted to spend a little more and perhaps that will guarantee me a better result.
