This is an item you can easily find on its own for free shipping under $5 There is no use for this and the price it is at.
Although, I would normally recommend buying this elsewhere, you can actually find it on Amazon.ca for cheaper.

Anywhere you have a power outlet you can plug you reader in and recharge the battery. Would not even consider having a reader without this additional part.

It does come in handy. It's better to plug it into the wall than having to use my computer, it is a great addition as I bought my Mum a kindle in Scotland and she doesn't have a computer to recharge the Kindle

Good product- not so good idea to sell seperately
Yes this plug works well but should be included in the original purchase price, 20$ to have the ability is nothing more than a cash grab.

It is ok but have issues with "optional purchase"
Required if you want to recharge the unit .. cannot understand why these things are not standard with the unit instead of a separae purchase ,, feel kind of ripped off
