There is no mistaking the unique sound of BARK and this release has gotten stuck in my player just like all the others. The addition of the Queens makes for an even better listening experience. I am curious how the particular line-up of ladies was arranged. Was it by availability or preference or a chance to showcase talent? Some of these women certainly don't need the exposure but their vocal contributions, alongside the less well-known artists, make for a very interesting mix. I would suggest BARK consider a sequel. This time bring in more artists such as Buddy Miller, Patty Griffin, Todd Snider, Ryan Bingham, Allison Krause, etc. Expand the rodeo a little bit. Keep the party going. For those of us who have been lucky enough to have seen BARK live, these releases are what fill in between rarely scheduled concerts.
