About the Author
Larkin Rose lives in a “blink and you’ve missed it” town in the beautiful state of South Carolina with her partner, Rose (hence the pen name), a portion of their 7 brats, a chunky grandson, and too many animals to name. Her writing career began two years ago when the voices in her head wouldn’t stop their constant chatter. After ruling out multiple personalities, and hitting the keyboard, a writer was born.

This is Larkin Rose's fifth novel. In this book, she introduces the reader to fashion designer Eve Harris, a driven workaholic at the top of the fashion ladder with no time for dating and romance. She gets physical relief using a British phone sex operator named Lexi.Also introduced is Jodi Connelly, a very successful paid escort who was once a phone sex operator but has pared her phone sex client list down to a special three, one of whom is Eve.
Both women are obsessed with the other without ever having met in person and neither has any interest in meeting in person because they are certain they will be disappointed with reality. The chances of meeting are slim to none because Eve lives in New York City and Jody lives in London. Little do they know that they would, indeed, meet. Neither could possibly foretell the cataclysmic effects their meeting will have on their carefully controlled lives.
Rose has written a book that no reader will be able to easily put down. This is a tightly woven story so well written that there's not single misstep. From start to finish, the story moves quickly forward. In the hands of a lesser writer, this story could very well have become trite. Larkin's sure hand makes this a compelling story of two women looking for the same thing.
There is one caveat, though. The intimate meetings between Eve and Jody are explicit. If you prefer the details of sexual meetings to be hinted at rather then drawn in vivid detail, this is not the book for you.

OK...I am a sexual creature. I'm a Scorpio. I like a steamy sex scene. Larkin does not disappoint. But....the storyline was a bit weak. I have read all of her books and have been let down by lack of a good story/plot.Jodi is a phone sex operator, who happens to meet one of her clients, Eve in London. Eve is a high fashion femme who is looking for a butch. Enough said......typical lesbo story! They are both just hotter than hot and you meet these types of women where? Tell me, I'm there. LOL! OK....I know, it's fantasy/fiction.
Overall, kinda cute story, with steamy sex. I will still read any Larkin Rose book, for the sex!

Eve Harris is a fashion designer. She is at the top of her game and leads a successful life. She even has her own phone sex operator named Lexi for whenever she feels the need for sex. Lexi knows Eve's every last sexual need. Eve has no need to clutter up her life with a real live relationship. Jodi Connelly is a ladies escort, she also has a couple of phone sex clients left over from her previous job. Eve is the one she feels she has a connection with though. When Eve comes to London for fashion week, Jodi and Eve meet. Eve has no idea that Jodi is also Lexi, but Jodi knows who Eve is and the two women begin a week of hot sex with each other. What will happen when Eve finds out that her hot stud and Lexi are one and the same person?A thoroughly enjoyable hot and steamy afternoon's read. If you want a story and you want it hot and sexy, look no further, this is the one.
