3.0 out of 5 stars So So mountain bike guide, July 24 2007
By Mike - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Kissing the Trail: Greater Seattle Mountain Bike Adventures (Paperback)
I just returned from a trip to Seattle and hoped this book would be useful in finding some nice mountain bike trails. I feel that the book was too full of 1 to 5 mile "rides". I get the impression Mr. Zilly felt like he had to pad the book by filling it with these extremely short rides. I also bought the Puget Sound mountain bike guide by Santo Crisuolo and was happy to see it filled with more rides in the 15-30+ mile range. Santo's book also had better maps.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great start point!, April 5 2012

This is a great start to get to know the area, or if your planning a trip to the area. Something for all the family and a broad spectrum of things to do and miles to cover.

I have had this book for about 3 weeks now. I have gone on 3 rides in the book. So far instructions have been clear. Lots of choices for trails, I'm looking forward to doing some new ones from the book.
