I purchased this product as there are only two of us living in the house now. It has been used regularly and I have no complaints. I assume I am saving energy by not heating up the wall oven. There was not an energy star label attached so I am not sure of the amount of energy it uses (hence the four star rating instead of five). This counter oven looks good and is easy to wipe out. I like the several choices of rack heights available and the drip pan works well. It holds a good sized casserole dish. I have baked biscuits in it and was very pleased. I would recommend this oven to anyone who cooks smaller amounts of food. So far it has all the features of my larger oven, just not the room.

When my toaster broke I replaced it with this appliance which I find to be a capable substitute for a conventional oven as well. Makes great toast and accommodates a full-sized casserole. Perfect for toasting nuts. A cinch to operate and the side handles make it easy to move around. This is my first countertop oven and I would buy it again without hesitation.

My wife needed a new countertop oven, so I started searching the market. This is an oven not a chintzy little toy with idiot buttons. Real dial type controls. A 12 inch pizza fits. All stainless steel. Small footprint on counter, yet large volume. Great value at full price. Fantastic value when on sale.

Great when it works! 2 Defective models in 1 year.
The top bake/broil selector knob is seized and the oven won't turn on. This is the 2nd time in 14 months. Brutal.
