Great book!,
This review is from: Knitting Mochimochi: 20 Super-Cute Strange Designs for Knitted Amigurumi (Paperback)
I love this book! As a new knitter it has easy to follow instructions and a lot of great patterns. I have already made the confused moose and plan on making the slippers, and other toys like the pigs with wigs. They ideas are so random and the little tv and couch are probably my favorite out of them all. It has a good balance between toys and usable items and then tiny projects for a quick knit. I probably wont use half of the patterns but most are great for a quick gift and I've use the embroidery instructions for many of my other projects. Great book and definitely worth what I paid for it.

MochiMochi doesn't disappoint,

This review is from: Knitting Mochimochi: 20 Super-Cute Strange Designs for Knitted Amigurumi (Paperback)
I was in a bookstore, and hadn't realized this book had been released yet, so I was very pleased to be able to buy it. I've already started on the Feet Eaters pattern (the main pattern on the cover of the book). All of the patterns are incredibly cute, and the instructions for knitting said patterns are very clear, and concise. Lots of beautiful pictures to guide you along the way with construction for pieces that require it (such as the Feet Eaters). Makes me glad I picked this book, instead of the one I originally went to the store to buy (which was *not* a knitting book)... Good book for the money, and great patterns for toys and fun little things to decorate your home (or husband's desk at work) with. 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful

I wanted to review this book as it appears on a Kindle for those wondering how it looks. I have been a knitter for over 40 years and am new to books on Kindle so I was a bit nervous about trying a instruction type book on Kindle. I have to say, I am so happy I chose to download this book! It took less than 30 seconds and is beautiful. I am off to knit my first little character. Go ahead! buy this.

This book is full of great patterns for people who want to knit cute little critters for gifts (or for themselves). I love the color images inside, and the instructions are all clear and useful, and easy to follow. I could have done with more pictures occasionally, but it offers enough detail to let you make all the patterns without any problems at all.I highly recommend this book. |
