This book has been great so far. I am currently in MNT and have found not only the chapters, but the appendices are also well rounded and helpful. Highly Recommend for any dietetics student!

This edition is no so different than before.
The only drawback is the very thin pages paging.
The advantage that the book weighs less and therefore it can be sent overseas cheap.

I reallly enjoyed that this textbook is so updated with the latest of EVERYTHING. it's an amazing reference book too. Great for a dietetic student.
