Book Description

Jan. 21 2008 Erotic Alphabet
Black as a starless night and smooth as pure silk, nothing entices eroticism like the look and feel of leather. Lisette Ashton exhults in the sultry, distinctive aroma of leather with a perfect description of the erotic aspects of sliding into her new leather jacket in "Truman Capote Was Wrong." In "Sunday Service", author Kate Pearce takes a love of leather and punishment even further in this homage to a black belt. These stories will fill your senses with all there is to enjoy in and outof leather.

4.0 out of 5 stars The smell, the feel and the taste of it... May 14 2009

All and all a well written book. Sunday Service is one of my favorites, a meet up with the new ranch manager after church. Well written and captivating. Skin-Flick Sex was was a good read, not my taste but the lunch truck driver seems to work up an appetite while getting a cheap thrill on set. How He Likes Me is yet another favorite. Serena's gift to Charles gets her a very well deserved surprise. Written in a stellar fashion. Venus in Uniform is the longest short story, however not one I was partial to. A receptionist falls for the FedEx girl, well written with a little humor added in. Cleanup on Aisle Ten was let's say highly unbelievable unless you have a lot of time on your hands, but a good read. The story title honestly speaks for itself. Little Black Dress is mental if you understand what that means. Sometimes the power you have over someone makes them do things beyond their own control. Loved this story, loved it. Dangerous Comfort was a tough sell, movie theater, close proximity and strangers sharing a jacket while her boyfriend is next to her, truly dangerous. Tempted is about a teacher and ex-student running into each other at a gay club. Professionalism out the door. Other Bonds the Leather is another mental read. Sometimes a word can be a bond, if you're strong enough to evoke it. Truman Capote was Wrong is another good read. She loves and adores leather coats the same way I love and adore corsets. Proves fetishes can be a good thing. Those Boots sort of caught me off guard, some men just have a thing for white stiletto boots. However the ending was a nice surprise I would have never guessed. Love is Long, Ms. Red Dress and Mr. Leather Cuffs show a love of leather from basic to somewhat edgy. Hide I thought was a great read a leather shop owner who has particular taste in who he caters to, easily a very good read.

The title goes right along with the stories, well written, all stories stayed on the topic of the book. Nicely rounded collection of short stories.

2. Skin-Flick Sex by Radclyffe
