Chapters Indigo who i purchased the items from lied to me and told me they were sent on Dec.16/2011 and will be delivered at the latest Dec.19th...i contacted them several times to confirm the items were sent on that date. They confirmed it but when i received the invoice it stated they were shipped on Dec.28/2011. i will "NEVER" order from them again!
