The Bluetooth works perfectly while driving, but when i am at home or in the office just sitting in a chair people dont seem to hear me properly, I used Bluetooth headsets before and this one is really light and feels good on the ear but the sound quality is not the best.

I have had wired headsets before and they're a bit of a hassle, so I thought I'd come into the 21st century and upgrade to Bluetooth. This one is nice. The volume level is nice, and adjustable directly on the unit with a dedicated volume button. Calls come in nice and clear. I have not had any problem hearing callers nor have they had any problems hearing me. It works well with my voice dialing (LG Rumor Touch). I like how it tells you the battery level - it actually speaks to you - "battery high", "battery medium", or "battery low", in a female voice with a proper British accent. Very soothing. Almost as if Mary Poppins were in your ear! Pairing with my phone was easy. Just charged the headset (<2 hrs for full charge), pressed the Multi-Function Button (MFB), navigated the BT menu on my phone, and it linked up perfectly the first time. I have had it only a few days, so I cannot attest to battery life just yet, but since there are two charging accessories included (car port and desktop/USB), I don't think it will be an issue to keep it charged. The MFB does take a little to get used to if you've never had a BT headset before. It does come with a quick start guide that you can keep with you if you need it. Not necessary, but handy, and it's not the full manual, and is small enough to keep at hand. It comes with two ear loops and three different sizes of ear buds. It fits comfortably on my ear with the middle-sized bud. I enjoy being able to be hands-free and wireless.Overall, good call quality, lightwieght, nice design. Great product for the price I paid, under $18, with free shipping. I would definitely recommend to a friend. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful

Came on time in the package with all items, works great i dropped it in a puddle ( ears kinda of small for ear loops and works perfectly, def a must buy compared to the in-store prices!

This is the lightest and loudest bluetooth head set that I have ever had. only complaint is the battery life but even with that its still last 2 days on a charge
