Battery arrived on time and worked fine. The original batteries shipped with LG-VU are historically bad. New battery gave much better up time for the phone.

Although ALL of the #s on my original cell phone battery matched those on the replacement battery, it was not the correct battery. The connection was not in the correct place and would not work. After numerous e-mails explaining that the connectors were in the wrong place, two "replacement batteries" were sent - bothwith the connectors in the wrong place. I appreciate the Seller's willingness to ship additional batteries but it was a waste of their money and my time as I was without a phone during this 2-3 week time period. I eventually found a battery at a cell phone repair shop. AT&T's local stores do not carry batteries and will not order them for you - that is disgraceful. When this battery expires, I will be purchasing a different, non-AT&T phone. Whatever happened to customer service?

I was an am very pleased with the cell phone battery I ordered. This really fixed my problem and saved me a lot of money compared to the price of the battery I priced at the cell phone store. I would deinitely order again.
