I recently ate at La Régalade in West Vancouver, and was so impressed that I wanted to see if I could find any of their recipes online - I didn't know there was a cookbook available! The cookbook gives clear instructions on how to prepare a number of delicious French bistro meals, according to season. Some of the recipes will take some time to make, but they are not difficult, and ingredients are easily available. A perfect addition to the cookbook collection of any foodie :)
