Another great read from Laura Matthews, Oct 2 2011

Laura Matthews is now among my preferred Regency novelists. The concept behind this one was unique & interesting, and the scandal that forced the eminently likable heroine into her present circumstances takes time to discover. The secondary characters were great fun too, and the 2 other romances were also charming & unexpected. I personally would have liked a little more playing out of the resolution between the heroine & the Dowager, but it does all tie up satisfactorily. If you enjoy regency romances, this is good fun. Try her other titles too, especially if you enjoy authors like Barbara Metzger, Shannon Donnelly, Georgette Heyer, Candice Hern, etc.
