Totally falsely advertised as genuine HP toners in text and the photo shown.When they arrived they were only no-name capatible cartridges. I was shocked. Amazing recovery from Amazon customer service. They agree with my complaint that this supplier used false advertising. They offered full refund, including shipping charges, OR 50% credit for my price paid. I took the credit and received it same day. I'm using the toners... So, in the end, Amazon rescued their credibility, which was on the line. Great work Amazonians!

Dual Pack? Not Really.,

It is advertised as a "Dual Pack", but I only received one. None of my enquiries have been returned from the seller except for when I left negative seller feedback. Oh well... I guess that's the risk you take when you buy online. There is something to be said for holding the item (or items!) in your hand or under your arm before you hand over your credit card. It is pretty difficult to give a good product review when only half of the item arrives, so I am giving it 2 stars.

Stay away from "generic" or "compatible" printer cartridges. Amazon's great prices make it very easy to purchase a brand name like HP. Original HP LaserJet 35A Black Print Cartridge in Retail Packaging - Dual Pack I shopped all over the net, as well as various office supply stores. Still can't beat Amazon's prices for this basic printer cartridge.
