out-dated but nice reminiscence, Jan 8 2009
This review is from: Laugh-in Boxed Set 2 (DVD)
I was so excited to view these episodes from the 60's. Unfortunately I was very disapointed and I was not "laugh-in" so much. I guess these jokes / sketches are out-dated now and my expectations were too high. The good side is the reminiscence it brought back about my teenage years.

A Little Expensive, July 15 2004
This review is from: Laugh-in Boxed Set 2 (DVD)
What a great show this was, non-stop gags by a great ensemble. My favorite regulars were Alan Seuss, Arte Johnson, Joanne Worley and, my very favorite, that cute little pixie, Judy Carne. My favorite guests were Sammy Davis, Jr. and the guest who seemed to have the most fun, Don Rickles. Sonny and Cher were totally boring, they even looked bored...

Release more Laugh-In!!, Jun 13 2004
This review is from: Laugh-in Boxed Set 2 (DVD)
I love this show. Yes, some of the material is dated, but there is no denying this was a television classic. Goldie Hawn and Lily Tomlin. Need I say more? I think that for 6 episodes it is a bit overpriced but for true fans, we'll buy it. I do think that the complete seasons should all be released. Especially the 1970-71, '71-72 & 72-23 seasons. The early seasons have already be rerun on Trio but you never get to see the later seasons and they were just as good. Especially Lily Tomlin. After her first season on the show she just kept adding great funny characters, one after the other. Please put more of this show on DVD. Thanks Rhino.
