5.0 out of 5 stars Learning Law At Home June 17 2013

I wanted to learn some of the definitions of the words and phrases that are used in Law. And the only way to learn is to study yourself. It is a great help when one is trying to fill out forms for court and applications and so forth. Words that we may think mean something else to us is different to the people that have studied law.

This book fits my needs perfectly. The definitions are detailed and complete. The appendices in the back are also helpful, which include the Constitution of the United States, and a table of abbreviations. This is just what I was looking for.

5.0 out of 5 stars 5 Stars for sure! May 28 2014

Wow, this book is an encyclopedia dictionary.
It defines every legal aspect that can be thought of, I do believe.
My understanding is that Series 5 and 6 are used currently in most courts.
The later versions have somewhat changed certain meaning to words which changes the law if applied.
Anyway, that's what I have read and that is why I purchased this book version.
