Book Description

Feb 12 2009
There is a new breed of atheist which our educational system is pumping out like mad. These are militant atheists who have an agenda to eliminate Christianity from the face of the earth. Believers are in a war and we need powerful weapons to "fight the good fight of faith." This book reveals not just the weakness of the atheists' arguments and the solid foundation on which the Christian stands, but does so with humor and warmth. Few books take the time to address the atheist's conscience. By way of a lively Q&A format, "You Can Lead an Atheist" gives empirical evidence for the existence of God. Not only that, this book shows the existence of God can be proven and anyone can do it!

1.0 out of 5 stars Ouch Mar 6 2009
By BigB
Format:Hardcover
A friend dropped a copy of this on my desk - all I can say is ouch. I made it through about 2.5 chapters - poorly written, conflicting arguments, logical fallacy after logical fallacy, and is little more than a series of rants arranged in random order.

I feel like I should send Ray some cheese to go with his whine.

Save your money, buy another book.

Any book.

Format:Hardcover
Have you ever tried having a conversation with someone who isn't listening to anything you say? Well, never mind reading the first chapter, read the first two PAGES and you'll realise that while Ray has talked ~at~ many people, he's never ~listened~ to any of them! To start this book off, he claims that atheists say that the first man and woman popped into existence when we claim no such thing (that's what many religions claim - he can't even tell christianity from atheism).
If I claimed to be a biblical scholar and to prove it began discussing marxism and the koran, you'd rightly call me an idiot. PLEASE "Look Inside" and save your money!

1.0 out of 5 stars why bother? Mar 5 2009
Format:Hardcover
Read chapter one, page one using the "look inside" feature. The guy can't build a simple syllogism. It's all logical fallacies from the get go. The same tired arguments, all easily refuted with a simple google search. Beside's what's next with this guy? Making atheism illegal?
