About the Author
Jonathan Creaghan Business and Personal Coach, lives what he wrote. While writing LEAP! he landed safely into his current career. Since the mid-nineties he has coached some of Canadas top business leaders and their families. In fact, he has been leaping since leaving a large organization where he worked in a cubicle as an insurance underwriter, to pursue a job more in line with his skills and strengths, counseling disadvantaged youth. His next leap came two years later when he left that position, with no money or contacts, to start on his self-employment journey as an outplacement consultant and trainer. During that time he worked with thousands of people affected by lay-offs and company plant closures, which laid the foundation for his belief that knowing how to LEAP! strategically is a fundamental skill of personal and professional success.
