I bought this book expecting a light primer on the topic, when in fact it was quite thorough. The information is very cut and dry, but it still has a good flow. I stuffed the book in my briefcase and read it the first chance I had, it took me about 30 minutes.
It gives you some breathing excercises and poses you can try, some background, and explains the principles of Yoga. It also offers some useful tips and links to help you find a class in your area.
This book definately suits me and my schedule, I'll be on the lookout for new titles released in the series.
