I have ordered several instructional books on linocutting, and this book by is, by far, the best one I have found. Very clear and very well illustrated. Highly recommend it to anyone interested in this medium.

This book is the perfect! Instructions are clear, giving you step-by-step guidance without ever once appearing too "beginner" or elementary. Artwork in the book is inspiring and quite frankly, I can't wait to get my hands on some linocutting tools (ordered the same time as the book but from another site)! I especially appreciated the clear photos on registration. Oh, and all the pages are in color which is something I think is sometimes overlooked in many art "how-to" books. Many thanks to the author, just what I was looking for...

I like to draw and needed a hobby. If you are looking to spend a few hours doing something relaxing,fun and not too difficult. Then pick up this book and give it a try. Susan gives a lot of good description and details on how to do this craft. The book is excellent and you will have fun and get away from the boob tube. Von
