Not too bad of a book. It deals only with 2D milling and is a bit too expensive for such limited scope. Reference books from mastercam or dealers are more in depth for less money

"Learning Mastercam Mill Step by Step" is a very impressive and easy to follow aid for learning Mastercam. It is inexpensive for the quality of material. In my opinion, this book is the best on the market (I bought some other books in the past and had difficulties to learn from them). As a machinist and a beginning CNC/CADCAM programmer, I highly recommend it to everyone who is a beginner. I actually will purchase another one for home.

I have tried to learn Mastercam from manuals and other
types of materials. This text takes a totally different
approach to presenting complicated material by using
graphics and pictures so the reader gets the idea more quickly.
The inclusion of the CD containing follow along student
exercises and mastercam V9 software for student practice
made this a truly awsome deal. Good job.
