This product is incredible. R.A. Salvatore is my favorite fantasy author and this boxed set doesn't disappoint. Anyone interested in learning the origins of the coolest elf in fantasy needs to own the Legend of Drizzit set so make this box your first step.

It has been 20 years? already? wow, as an avid neverwinter nights gamer with the release of gauntlgrym and neverwinter trilogy on its way fom salvatore, i decided to pick up drizzt from the begining again, I forgot how long it has been especially with this group of "misfits" I really enjoy all stories of the character drizzt and as a fan of bruenor i wanted to start here then go back to the dark elf in sequence to how they where written. great read and recomended for all fans of fantasy and for those that just simply want a good fast flowing read.

Start with book 1 to learn who Drizzt is and follow him through out his adventures as he discovers why he is not happy with his people. His day to day exposure to prejudice because of his skin is a subtle reflection on society, done in an entertaining way.Well worth reading the whole series if you are into this type of story line. |
