5.0 out of 5 stars Leona Lewis - Dreams June 29 2010
By Auburn Niewiadomski - Published on Amazon.com

Leona Lewis's first book Dreams is not as much an auto-biography but a pictorial-biography. This book is very interesting, especially for Leona Lewis fans. I wouldn't say Leona Lewis is the best author there could be, but she does a good job at making her auto-biography interesting enough so you don't want to put it down. It's a very brief biography though, it's a short ninety-five pages, but there are some very interesting things you might not of known about her. She tells us about her travels around the world, meeting other celebrities, and her love of animals. You can also tell she is definitely passionate about her music, and she has included some funny stories in her book as well.

But like I said earlier, her book is more of a pictorial-biography. Most of the photos are after her biography and they are of excellent quality. They're not like the photos from the photo shoots we usually see, but of her regular day life. We see photos of her relaxing with her pets, taking strolls, traveling, getting ready for concerts and a lot more in fact. There are over one hundred fifty photos in all, and it makes this book a very good buy.

So if you are a Leona Lewis fan like me, what are you waiting for? Go and buy her book! And Leona, if you want some extra cash, you should write another book some day, because I will definately be buying it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Leona Lewis - Dreams Nov. 17 2011
By Geminigirl - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover|Verified Purchase
Leona Lewis is a terrific new talent in the music field but because she doesn't overly promote herself here in the US, I jumped at the chance to buy this book in the hope of getting to know more of her life story. Although there are less than 100 written pages, Leona offers a quick & dirty autobiography from birth to her life after winning the X-Factor. I loved hearing her recount her experiences of recording her 1st album, going to awards shows, meeting people she admired and of course, performing.

The photos take up the majority of the book and although I felt they wasted several pages by duplicating one photo across 2 pages, I could tell (without having read a single word) that Leona loves animals, her family & friends and singing. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to fans and people like me who wanted to get to know Leona better - it is an excellent coffee table book.
